banners.co.ro will accept and publish advertisements on it’s partner sites subject to adherence with these terms and conditions, and the advertiser’s placing of an order or other communication in connection with advertising constitutes an unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. banners.co.ro reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or otherwise deal with all advertisements submitted to us for publication at our absolute discretion and without explanation. Failure to publish a requested advertisement does not constitute a breach of contract or otherwise entitle the Advertiser to any legal recourse.

Any ad buy/s order on banners.co.ro will be considered a “ready-to-release” order only on complete payment for that particular ad buy/s. In the event that banners.co.ro does not receive advertising material prior to the applicable submission deadline,b anners.co.ro may publish at its sole discretion any material it deems appropriate until such time as banners.co.ro can reasonably begin publication of the advertisement requested by the advertiser. Material submitted by the advertiser must comply with banners.co.ro specifications and instructions. Failure to adhere to these may delay or prevent delivery of the advertisements ordered. However, advertiser will remain obligated to pay banners.co.ro as specified in the Cancellation clause.

All advertisements are accepted only on the condition that the advertiser  warrants that the advertisement does not now and will not include any material that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, racially , ethnically or otherwise objectionable or encourages conduct that would violate any applicable local, national or international law.

Any contents forming a part of the advertising material shall not be in breach of any third parties moral , intellectual or contractual rights. The advertiser shall be responsible for the content of all its advertising material and shall indemnify banners.co.ro in relation to any claims, disputes or other legal action (including legal fees) brought against banners.co.ro arising from and in relation to the advertiser’s  advertisements. In addition,  the advertiser represents that it has the full corporate rights and authority to enter into this agreement. Notwithstanding the above, banners.co.ro shall be the sole Judge of the suitability or otherwise, of an advertisement.

Period.

We and especially our partner-sites diligently provide informative and enjoyable sites on the Web. In return, we expect our advertisers to, at all times, conduct themselves with proper decorum and with consideration for all Internet users. Advertisers may not use banners.co.ro to send any unauthorized solicitation, advertising or promotional material.
